18 U.S.C. §2257 Statement

AdultNav is not a producer

AdultNav (thepureadult.com) is an editorial review and directory website. It does not produce, manufacture, direct, host, store, publish or distribute any sexually explicit content or depictions of any kind. No images or videos of actual sexually explicit conduct appear on this website; all such material exists exclusively on the independent third-party services that our reviews link to.

Accordingly, AdultNav is not a “primary producer” or “secondary producer” — as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257, §2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 — of any depiction appearing on any linked website, and it does not maintain the records those provisions require for such depictions.

Where the records live

For all content appearing on the third-party services referenced by this site, the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A are maintained by the producers and operators of those services, through their designated Custodians of Records. Each linked service publishes its own §2257 compliance statement and custodian address on its own website; please consult the specific service for inspection requests.

Age of performers

The services listed on AdultNav represent, in their own compliance statements, that all performers appearing in their content were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. AdultNav itself is restricted to visitors aged 18 and over.
