About AdultNav — How We Review
What this site is
AdultNav is an independent review and directory site for adult entertainment services. We catalogue tube sites, live-cam platforms, AI companion apps, VR studios, premium subscriptions and creator platforms — and that is all we do. We do not host, stream, store or distribute any videos or images. Every piece of media lives on the third-party service being reviewed; when you click “Visit site” you leave AdultNav and go to that service's own website.
The industry is full of lookalike domains, billing traps and pop-up farms. Our job is to give adults a clean, fast, data-first map of the legitimate landscape before they spend money or hand over a card number.
How we review
Every listing is checked against the same dimensions defined on our methodology page. Anything we have not been able to verify is marked “not verified” on the listing rather than estimated.
- Pricing model — free, freemium or paid; how trials convert and how billing actually works.
- Advertising load — free and paid experiences are assessed separately: a free-tier ad score only ever describes the free tier, and a paid-tier score only the members' experience. A score is published only when we hold dated evidence for that specific tier; until then the listing shows “not verified” instead of a number. No score is ever assigned from general impressions.
- Quality — the best real formats offered: 720p/1080p, 4K and 8K, 60fps and VR support.
- Payments — which methods the service accepts, including whether a discreet option such as cryptocurrency is available.
- Cancellation difficulty — how easy it is to end a subscription or close an account.
We base entries on the services' public pages, and we date every listing with a content-update date — distinct from the fact-verification date, which is only set when a human reviewer has checked the collected facts against the sources. Prices and features change constantly in this industry; the service's own checkout page is always the final authority.
Independence & how we make money (full disclosure)
Ratings are editorial and are never sold or adjusted at a listed site's request. At present no overall ratings are published at all: scores stay hidden until they have been produced under our methodology with evidence on file.
Commercial disclosure: AdultNav currently has no affiliate agreements with any site listed here, and no other commercial relationships (such as sponsorships or paid placements) are in effect. Every outbound link goes directly to the listed site's official homepage, carries no affiliate or tracking parameters, and earns us nothing when clicked. As a standing policy, all outbound links are marked rel="sponsored nofollow" so they are treated as commercial links. If affiliate agreements are introduced in the future, the affected links will keep the sponsored marking, may include tracking parameters, and this disclosure will be updated at the same time. See the About page for the full statement.
